2020 Ministry-Level Scientific Research Award for Students

In the 2019–2020 academic year, Lac Hong University registered six research projects for the Ministry-Level Scientific Research Award for Students. Among them, one project received Second Prize and two projects were awarded Consolation Prizes.

Second Prize Project – 2020 Ministry-Level Scientific Research Award for Students

The project titled:
“Preliminary study on the hypoglycemic effect of herbal extracts from Merremia tridentata L. (Convolvulaceae) in white mice – a foundation for the development of anti-diabetic pharmaceutical products”
by student Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, under the supervision of Lecturer Nguyen Duong Ngoc Thoi (Faculty of Pharmacy), was honored with Second Prize in the 2020 Ministry-Level Scientific Research Award for Students.

Consolation Prize Projects:

1. Field of Medicine and Pharmacy

Project titled:
“Investigation on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Vernonia amygdalina Delile on white mice”
by Dinh Dieu Quyen and Hoang Thuy Hien, supervised by MSc. Doan Van Vien – Faculty of Pharmacy.

2. Field of Social Sciences

Project titled:
“Some solutions to improve the quality of accounting information in small and medium-sized enterprises in Dong Nai province”
by Doan Linh Chi, supervised by MSc. Nguyen Van Dung – Faculty of Finance and Accounting.
