Faculty of Civil Engineering hold a photo contest "Memorial School 2022"

Faculty of Civil Engineering respectfully invites teachers and students to participate in the photo contest "Memorial School 2022", one of the practical activities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Lac Hong University(1997-2022).

The student years are the moments when each of us feels the most about maturity before life. Four years of schooling is not a long time, but enough for us to engrave so many memories under the roof of the university. We have lived in the dedicated and enthusiastic teaching of teachers. The moment we sat together in the lecture hall created an unforgettable memory. Then when we enter life, those memories will help us reach new horizons.

The authors only use smartphones to capture memorable moments of students studying, living, exercising and participating in extra-curricular activities at the University.

Contestants: The contest invites the participation of teachers and students. Members of the Steering Committee, the Organizing Committee, and the Jury Council are not allowed to submit photos to the contest.

1. Judging criteria:

- Beautiful layout

- Unique colours

- Creative perspective

- Bring emotions

- Image quality.

2. General provisions:

Each contestant can submit up to 3 photo files.

Entries must be taken by the author himself.

The contest accepts all forms of technical processing.

The contest only accepts photos taken with a mobile phone. The Organizer does not accept any liability related to copyright.

The organizers are allowed to use the exhibition images and prizes to support the contest (catalogue printing, public presentation, press printing, ...).

If it is found that the contest photo violates the rules, the Organizer is allowed to disqualify any photo before, during and after the contest.

3. Image size:

Photos must be taken by students themselves, do not use other people's photos or photos taken on social networks

Photos are saved as JPEG

The resolution of the photo is 300 dpi.

The size of each image file is at least 1MB - up to 10 MB.

4. How to send photos:

Send to the contest email address: maitruongkyniem.lhu@gmail.com.

(There is no fee for the submission of entries. Photos must be submitted on time.)

5. Prizes: 25 excellent works will be selected for the ranking round to select 09 prizes as follows:

01 First Prize: Certificate of Merit + Bonus

01 Second place: Certificate of merit + prize money

01 Third prize worth: Certificate of merit + bonus

06 Consolation prizes: Certificate of merit + bonus

6. Organizing Committee:

- Faculty of Engineering.

– Mr Dinh Van Binh – Lecturer in Architecture.

7. Jury Council:

– 25 works in the ranking round will be based on the number of votes on the Faculty's fan page and the selection of the jury.

- The judging panel will include photographers and experts from the school

8. Time to receive files: From the date of announcement to the end of November 20, 2022.

9. Exam time:

Contest results will be posted and announced on LHU's Facebook page on November 25, 2022.
