LHU signs MoU with Korean Association in HCM City

LHU on April 3 afternoon, 2024 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korean Association in Ho Chi Minh City to bring more opportunities for LHU students majoring in Korean Studies.

The Association was represented by Mr. Shon In Sun - Chairman and Mr. Hong Seung Pyo - Vice Chairman. For LHU's side, there were Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Dr. Nguyen Huu Nghi - Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies; MA. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh - Head of Office of International Affairs; MA. Do Thi Thuy - Head of Department of Korean Studies.

This MoU marks an important milestone in the cooperation between LHU and the Korean Association in HCM City. According to the MoU, the two sides will jointly implement educational, cultural and training activities; use human resources,... as well as cooperate to carry out projects sponsored by the Korean side through the Association.

The MoU signing ceremony between LHU and the Korean Association in HCM City took place successfully, opening up extensive cooperation opportunities and bringing many new opportunities for both sides.

This event not only marks the development of the Department of Korean Studies but also demonstrates the connection and creates favorable conditions for learning and cultural exchange activities between the two countries.
